The "Wonderfruit"

Coffee-cherry, aka cascara, is the coffee fruit, without the bean. It includes the skin, flesh & pulp of the coffee plant. It was discarded as a bi-product from the coffee plant, with typical uses being fodder or manure.

Coffee-cherry is more like tea than coffee. We use raw coffee-cherry sourced from the estates of chikmagalur, karnataka. Unlike traditional coffee, cascara will surprise your all factory senses, with taste notes which are floral, & fruity like hibiscus, cherry, mango, and citrus.
